LBI founder and principal, Mark Londner, VCHI, is a 35 year veteran of the metropolitanarea home building and home inspection industry. He has a degree in Architecture from VPI and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Mark holds the VCHI designation of the VA Board for Lead, Asbestos & Home Inspection. He is a long-time member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and proudly upholds the ASHI Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics.
